I kept thinking I should do it, I should do it, but it sat in the box. It’s done in a flash once you get to it, but…
All finished.
The customer wanted 18–20 mm in mounted height, not length.
I made a press-fit spacer and adjusted it to the target height by grinding.
I welded all the way around
All done. The owner is good at painting, so we probably don’t need that…
