Have you ever experienced this? For example, while reading our blog, you think, “Oh, there’s something like this on Yahoo Auctions?”
Or “There’s something this convenient on some e-commerce site?”
We end up going off on tangents like that, don’t we?
After going through all that trouble to arrange something, they introduce something that beats it… that happens a lot. It’s really vexing, but if it all works out in the end, then everything’s good?
The basic smartphone mount setup uses a one-inch ball connection system, which is extremely good for both convenience and ease of use.
The options are pretty limited.
For motorcycles, Quad Lock and Ram Mount are combined together.
But then… there’s also a brand called Rek Mount, which is similar to Quad Lock.
In a way, it’s like Quad Lock with a bit less texture and design refinement, but at a lower price. By the way, they’re compatible, so the fun expands (at your own risk).
I tested a few Rek Mounts too, but I didn’t really like them, so I’ve been slacking on checking them out lately.
But today, out of the blue, Google introduced me to something…
(,,`･ω･´)ﾝﾝﾝ? What’s this connection? I’ve never seen it before… There’s a good chance this could solve all my past inconveniences?
So I went ahead and ordered it today.
Maybe the latest and greatest really is always evolving.
I’m not quite sure what it is, but I’ll report back again. It’s nothing major, but these small improvements should make for better usability (*’ω’*)
