The meter came back after an overhaul with a fresh tension on the needle (^_-)-☆
Now we’re heading to inspection next week and it’ll be complete!

I handled the throttle cable slack issue with the simplest method possible.
The front also needs to be offset by the plate thickness.
Once it passes inspection, we’re done!
