Whenever possible, I prefer to make do with universal parts.
The reality is that when you make one-off custom parts, it’s hard to get back on the road if something goes wrong.
The shaft has ball bearings built in, so there’s zero play.
The arm angle is adjustable, so you’ve got flexibility.
I think it’s a nice step system with a retro feel.
I’ve been getting older lately, and standard footpegs sometimes feel a bit small and cramped.
I think a solid, secure riding position like on a Harley or BMW can be pretty nice too.
I’m basically not a fan of going all black, so I went with silver. Gray might work too…
