Basically, I’m the type who doesn’t wear a helmet bare (*^-^*)
It’s easier to put on and take off the helmet, and it reduces the chance of sweat and skin oils transferring to the helmet.
Like pants and socks, once you get used to it, “bare is no good” (*´ω｀*)
I’ve tested helmet inners extensively, but this one feels like the ultimate, the final form.

The worst inner I ever had ( ﾟДﾟ)
It was rejected immediately. Surprisingly, when you breathe, the mask flaps around and sticks to your nose and mouth. It’s the poster child for “you get what you pay for.”
Some people say it’s fine for other uses, just not as a motorcycle helmet inner, so it depends on the purpose.
The one I’ve loved most so far is the Montbell (mont-bell) Geoline L.W. Balaclava

Easy to get and comes in many sizes. Thin and easy to put on, and it doesn’t flap around your nose and mouth when you breathe.
The downside is it stretches easily (gets worn out), and when you put the helmet on, it often shifts and you have to adjust it.
The fabric is extremely high quality. The seaming is good, so wrinkles don’t form easily and it fits your face perfectly (*´ω｀*)
Of course, it doesn’t flap around your nose and mouth.
It’s smooth and dry, but it’s thicker than the Montbell, so at first I thought it was hot and thick, but there’s no problem at all.
When you put it on, it settles into the right position almost immediately, so it’s perfect for helmet inner fans.

When it’s long, it’s really annoying—you have to think about the order of putting on your jacket and helmet.

I also ended up buying something called DRY ARMS (*´ω｀*)
Even in summer, since they’re leather, you want to keep the inside clean, so you want to stay dry and fresh.
This is very cool and feels great.
You can wear it without obstructing your vision.

Why not start odor control this summer and freshen up your bike gear all at once?
I use it every day for short periods. After riding, I basically hang it up for ventilated storage.
Always wash it after a tour.
I don’t store gloves inside the helmet either.
I hang them on a glove hanger for ventilated storage to keep them fresh.
A magnetic clip like this comes in really handy.
