This GPZ750 has quite a bit of character to it…
The super fork had an oil leak, so I’m fixing it by replacing the inner tubes.
And other things too (*´з`)
There was hardly any oil in there. The oil color is exactly as I imagined (*’▽’)
I’ve completed the cleaning for now.
Non-cartridge forks really are great, aren’t they? (fewer parts)
I’ll polish it aggressively on the lathe to create leak-free inner tubes (‘ω’)ノ

I’m genuinely moved by how I can correct an inner tube that was running out of true to zero.

I’ll seal the lip with fluorine grease.
It should help with smooth operation and prevent leaks.
After the stroke, I’ll vacuum bleed and adjust the oil level to finish.
The fork is complete and I’ve assembled it.
