We finished the calipers with wet blasting (*^-^*)
We couldn’t find a suitable aluminum piston, so we’ll do an OH with the original steel one.
Always inspect seal parts carefully.
Yamaha doesn’t have split seal part settings.
So we’re going with Tokico. Well, think it through and make do with what works. (Kawasaki) Suzuki might work too, maybe?
Let’s assemble with CCI MR20 metal rubber.
The piston will move really smoothly.
We’re using Honda bolts for the split fixing bolts. The heads look cool (*^-^*)
We explained the part number decoding before, I think. You can order custom lengths freely. (If available)
And that’s how the rear caliper came out looking beautiful (*^-^*)
We chose Sunstar for the rear disc. It’s nice to have these detailed options.
Three holes with no countersink—you don’t see that on Suzuki. Very race-y.
Brake pads are RK-MAX. Thanks for putting up with all these fussy part settings.
We’re swapping in a Nissin radial master.
• Black tank
• Silver lever
• Short lever
It’s great to have options, but you have to be careful not to mix them up.
The hose routing differs between horizontal and radial.
With radial, it’s basically on the bottom.
That’s when the Ikkoku Motorcycle brake banjo adapter comes in handy.
This thing is handy.
By co-bolting to the existing hole, you can redirect the angle 90 degrees.
Plus, since the position is flexible, layout adjustments become easier.
The Nissin radial brake switch arm is a pain—you have to be careful not to contact it when gripping.
It was lying around. We’ll probably swap it for an OEM Brembo master holder.

Can I mention something I just noticed?
There’s a convex side and a concave side. Wow, Nissin is amazing! I was genuinely impressed.
It’s the best when you can make it work without fabricating a bracket (*´ω｀*)
The oddly long lever ended up being the right fit.
