The pivot shaft on the GS1200SS/Inazuma 1200 is almost 100% guaranteed to be rusted.
And it’s discontinued from the manufacturer too ( ；∀；)
I asked Vito-san about a replacement shaft, and I got an answer, so stay tuned!

First of all, the pivot shaft won’t loosen… this is my first time experiencing this…

This was originally for bending SUS pipe with a bender.
Who knew you’d be useful at a time like this… I’m so happy.
By the way, it’s 1M long. The thin one in front is 1/2 size. It looks tiny.

No matter how powerful an impact gun is, it won’t come off. On the flip side, you’ll definitely go to hell.

The manufacturer wants it to never loosen and come off.
The technician wants it to come off smoothly and not come off.
This temperature difference causes a lot of problems. Normally it might not come off.
Not bad, but pretty rusty..
Dual shocks are the best.
Non-cartridge fork and dual rear shocks—this setup is easy to work with and good for street riding. I’ve been thinking lately that it’s plenty sufficient.
When the grease stops coming out in this area, it gets tough.
I’ll replace the lower bolt on the rear suspension with a cool Honda iron bolt.
I’m installing a stand hook, so I shaved down the boss and milled it~
The hook is mine, but I’ve temporarily fixed it. It looks like this.
There doesn’t seem to be anywhere else to mount it.
Then I realized something really tough halfway through…
If I move it forward, the stand contacts the tire. If I move it back, it contacts the nipple.
It’s not easy…I should have just used a normal boss…
*A normal boss works too.
At least we cleared it, so that’s a relief.
At least the shaft came out, so all’s well that ends well~
