The rear lighting is now complete… what an era we live in.
The paint is coming along nicely, so I’ll assemble things quickly.
Everyone’s favorite cationic electrodeposition coating, that’s what we have here.
The balance between price and finish is the best?
The paint film is thin, so usually the bolts go right through. So convenient~
*Sometimes it’s stubborn though.
I try to design things so you can do the work with just one tool.
Fiddling around with bolts and nuts gets tedious, you know.
The inner fender is finished like this.
The rear wiring is finished like this.
The Highsider Proton TWO has tail/brake/turn signal all built-in

and needs to be wired with 4 wires×left and right.
If you just wire it normally, it becomes a tangled mess, so I split it into two connectors right at the connector.
I always think—just because it’s LED doesn’t mean you should use thin wires.
It’s really hard to work with, and even with proper crimping, the wires break, so I wish they’d use 0.5 SQ or so instead.
When the wiring gets bundled together, the cost goes up, so there might be various reasons for this.
Once we get this far, there’s less to think about, so it should come together in no time… hopefully.
