The Suzuki OEM Denso ignition coils become “cord shape memory?” as they age.
When it’s hot, it’s still soft and works fine,
but as it ages it becomes stiff “poor workability” so I just replace the cord.
Be sure to warm it up.
Even when warmed, sometimes it breaks. When it’s old, there’s nothing you can do about it…
Tightening both at the same time is also a pain. It’s well said to be a press-fit.
I just cut it right in the middle of the connection!
