RG500Γ Touch-ups here and there

Working on the lathe from morning. Making light press-fit and conversion sleeves.

So the caliper is done.
There’s no material to weld on the swingarm side, so I’ve ordered it (*´з`)

I’d like a reservoir tank. It’s just a wish, so I’ll think about it…

Old-school? Tank-less… Fluid changes look like they’d be a pain.

I quickly took it off and tried fitting it to see if it works (*´ω｀)

It’s a bit angled, but totally fine.
It has a unified look and no custom parts needed… equals cheap and done.

No worries needed.

A slight offset is the trick. By the way, this is for a mini bike.
I’m guessing Nissin probably doesn’t have one that works on everything…

It’s offset, so the fairing clears nicely—perfect!
