This frame and side stand are super annoying.
You have to spread and twist it just to get the tail cowl off…
It’s nearly impossible to remove without scratching it
You can’t casually remove the fairings.
I cut away everything that wasn’t needed.
Finished with minimal work!
Since there’s welding work to do, I’m putting this on hold for now.
Now I’m investigating this mysterious starting issue.
It takes about 100 kicks just to barely get it running…

“Absolutely no problem” I eliminate things one by one in that flow.
Hmmmm… no problems.
Even if it’s really low, it should at least fire once…

The jets and needles are all stock…
Not clogged.
I’ll wet the float chamber and seal it up (；∀；)

The main ground is so weak I don’t even know where it is.
That’s two-strokes for you.
CDI ignition, it’s been a while.
Huh, the coil grounds out?
I’ll try dropping it directly-
And there it is…. (*´艸`) I’m deeply moved.
It was twisted and fixed inside a heat shrink tube.
This was the cause of everything.
I also added a direct ground connection to strengthen it.
I also added a secondary ground, so now it’s running strong!
(*´ω｀*) What a difference having it makes!
It’s important to see the condition in numbers.
