The O-rings finally arrived,
so let’s get assembling!

It only has a boss for tank mounting…
With Gun Coat, it’s crisp and clean!
Looks great.
Since it’s Gun Coat, the fluid
won’t attack it.
The umbrella has shrunk a bit.
When it’s firm, the feel is excellent! ♪
I was about to assemble it when I realized I forgot to order the O-rings.
Soft touch? Lots of pad stiction maybe?
It’s often mistaken for air
in the system—
when the piston and seal
haven’t seated properly
and the piston retracts too much.
The lag between piston contact
and pad engagement
makes the touch feel soft.
Massage the piston a bit
and it goes
“click-click”
becomes Q
Keep it as close to 90 degrees
as possible to minimize stress on the rod and ball joint.
M6 bolts break surprisingly often.
The side stand is also sparkling! ★
By the way, only SPG parts are available…

The handlebar is held by clamp and bar
with four points left and right
It looks brand new now.
The brake caliper looks brand new too! ♪
The rear master is the same way! ★
The breather also got wet blasted, and the hose is brand new too
