The hub damper
condition is GOOD
We’ll also check the wheel bearing model numbers
for future reference.
The wheel and tire runout is also
no problem
The axle shaft is also no problem.
If you check occasionally,
you shouldn’t have any surprises
The torque rod is
Suzuki’s rib material
I wanted to check the weight, but
the scale batteries were dead…
I’ll pass along my used one~
Caliper
cleaned up.
Front with the customer-supplied titanium
Rear with brand new OEM
Speed gear also
gets cleaned up.
It’s good to lubricate the cables too.
All disc thicknesses were OK
Lever area
lubricated.
The fuse is clean so we reused it
Replaced all brake fluid
Air filter will be replaced.
Carb synchronization
required no adjustment.
The regulator might be something to keep an eye on going forward.
I’ve cut a lot of corners, but after that it’s just the inspection
and we’re done (*´ω｀*)
