Even with pressurization it doesn’t help…
So I’ll have to make various changes without it

A mechanism that just pushes with hydraulic pressure
Could the passage be blocked?
Questions started coming up…
Let’s try changing the fluid for now.
Well, at first glance, it doesn’t look bad…
My expectations are plummeting
But just to be safe, just to be safe

When you change the fluid
it makes a really stiff sound…
The fluid had gelled up and clogged!
All the left and right nipples (6 locations)
When replaced…
Thump thump! It works! Perfect.
Result
It was just a blocked passage….
Of course with hydraulic pressure
the anti-dive piston operation was also confirmed.
Glad it worked out
Since the front becomes unstable when disassembled
I’m leaving it off for now.
And yet
the GPZ900R upper cowl serviceability
has been like this from the start…
it’s really not good at all.
The mirror mounting
is a blind nut…
If it were my bike I’d either weld the nut or
use a threaded plate for mounting.
