The black oil-cooled GSX-R early model is unfair! After all, the J model is cool, right? (Including blue-white) Rear brake hose fabrication

If I’m going to buy an early model, it’s gotta be the J type…
I might end up buying the blue-white one too, thinking about it.

Or maybe get a 750 or 1100 and convert it to the early face? That’s the question.

I’m going to redo the rear brake hose.

It takes time to source parts and get everything together.

Reusing the banjo bolt on the master side.
Added extra holes (x2) for stable hydraulic switch operation.

Bakuon!! sticker catches the eye?

It’s a motorcycle manga, huh?
I see, indeed…

90-degree/short straight banjo to

Initially I was thinking of using a 90-degree fitting on the caliper side…
but when it arrived and I actually installed it, “it sticks out way too much = dangerous” so short straight banjo it became.

This SSTBJ has a thick structure, so it requires a slightly longer banjo bolt.
I didn’t have any on hand, so I couldn’t finish today.
This is how one day passes, then a week passes… it’s a reach.
