Since I go to Izu Sky often, I’ll change the fluid.
If the fluid in the tank looks dirty, watch out. It might mean it hasn’t been changed in quite a while.

Let’s fix the tachometer gear oil leak.
Both the Z and GS have mechanical tachometers that are really cool! Since this work was requested quite a while ago, the parts are already in stock. I just need to clean it and reassemble.
I wet-blasted it and replaced the oil seals and O-rings. I’ve packed fluorine grease in the spots where we don’t want seeping but do want lubrication.
If it’s just seeping, no oil will actually leak out (*´ω｀*) I’ve also raised the shift lever by about 2mm as requested and adjusted it. After charging the battery, I’ll take it for a test ride and we’re done!
