You don’t really investigate your own bike unless you actually need to.
The Zephyr 550 was manufactured from 1990 to 1998. They’re called B1 through B9.
Since I prefer to view parts lists on paper, I searched around but couldn’t find one.
Given that this was the paper era, it should still exist somewhere, but I wonder why?
When I have time, I’d like to search for the final B9 version in paper form.
It was actually just sitting in IMPEX JAPAN’s parts list collection.

The reason I was searching for a parts list now is
whether there are colors I haven’t seen yet? That’s one of the joys of owning an import bike.
This 550, being somewhat old and niche,
I thought maybe there could be some surprising designs.
As shown in the table above, it looks like only three colors actually exist.
I was a bit disappointed.
While writing this blog post, I suddenly remembered something unnecessary.
There was a clean original oil cooler listed on Yahoo Auctions,
but I accidentally forgot to place a bid on it.
It sold at a low price, and I’m feeling quite disappointed about it.
