The three-day holiday had unfortunate weather, didn’t it?

Since Monday was a national holiday this time, I came in to work and would like to take Tuesday and Wednesday off.
Here’s a light but progress update on the work we’ve done so far~

Installing the Yoshimura Progress 2 meter (*’ω’*)

Temperature, voltage, and clock can be displayed simultaneously on this meter. It’s capable of measuring temperature at two locations.
Since you can measure two different temperatures, it’s interesting to measure different parts separately.
It also has a voltmeter, so you can check for overcharging and battery condition just in case, which definitely improves your peace of mind.

First, let’s fabricate the mounting bracket (*’ω’*)

After reconsidering the mounting position,
we decided to lay it out as far forward as possible in a location with good visibility.

It’s constructed simply yet robustly like this.
It’s mounted with just one bolt and can be detached, and you can adjust the angle slightly by loosening it.

Currently it’s temporarily fixed, but this is how it will be mounted.
The trip reset button can be pressed even with gloves on, so don’t worry.

Let’s replace the silencer band with the flapping rubber!

When selecting an off-the-shelf silencer band,
I recommend choosing one with a bumpy rubber shape on the inside, as it won’t slip.

Installing the carbon mirrors you brought in (*’ω’*)

The mirror installation itself isn’t too difficult, but adjusting the base mounting direction is a bit tricky.
To some extent, ensuring design and visibility when installing is the way to go.
