It’s not settling down at all, is it? Could this be the only Suzuki that transformed after 2000?

Things are going back and forth, but we’ll proceed with work that tends to wrap up easily.

No sulfur smell as usual! The fork oil color is decent.

It’s very difficult to photograph the fluid level.
It was a color between red and black (*´ω｀*)

Setup in 9 minutes? Non-cartridge forks are the best.

I cleaned up the threads on the cylinder rod.

After polishing the inner tube on the lathe, I checked for runout (*´ω｀*)
It was perfect at 0/100.

Non-cartridge forks really have great workability.
There’s only initial adjustment, but I actually quite like this fork.

I stroke it back and forth, then vacuum it and make sure to bleed out all the air.
It doesn’t have a dramatic effect, but it gives me peace of mind.
The fact that it doesn’t require 100V power is a big plus.

I left the back of the front fender completely untouched.
The GS1200SS has no speedometer gear, so no grease application needed—I just wiped it.

I broke in the top bridge and applied a blended paint.

There are marks from the key rubbing, and the request is to clean it up lightly.
