I’m sure expectations were high back then… One valve – one rocker
*It’s like there’s a rocker arm for each valve…
This time it’s the problematic?
They stocked it according to our instructions~

Friction plate 21441-48B00 10 pieces each
Steel plate 21451-48B00 10 pieces each
For this model’s clutch, the innermost is a steel plate so steel/friction are the same number of pieces you know.

We’re also replacing the clutch springs *2 pieces.
All you need is a 50mm BOX, it’s a very simple structure

Remove the 50mm → remove the 30mm and it comes right off.
It’s extremely simple. In comparison, the oil-cooled 1200’s diaphragm is more of a hassle .
We’re replacing the oil level window

The mandrel for punching the window was made long ago (*´ω`*)
Instead of tapping it in a box, if you make it properly each time, it’ll be easier going forward.
We heat it up before removing it *since it’s stuck.
Clean it up nicely and press it in with the mandrel

Making things like this each time makes it easier going forward.
Plus, the accuracy of the work should improve.

We apply liquid gasket for anti-loosening and let it cure for a day.
When the oil level window is clean, it feels great doesn’t it~
The clutch condition is in excellent shape

The plates showed no wear, no burning, and no peeling.
They’re in such good condition that we might as well keep them in stock.

Little dirt, minimal step wear, in excellent condition (*´ω`*)
Work-wise, it’s a huge help~

The outer circumference of the primary reduction had some rust, but there’s no particular problem.
There’s moisture inside the engine, so some rust is inevitable.
Clean it up, check the dimensions, and just assemble it (*´ω`*)

That’s it for the clutch replacement.
To be continued (*´ω`*)
