Incredibly Linear Design?! Z1R Inspection CP2195 Tappet Adjustment Generator Wiring Countermeasures and More

The aluminum tank is subtly nice.
When you really get into it, you start to appreciate the quality of the original design.

It’s important to really stretch out the parts you want to extend (*´ω`*)
So let’s continue!

When mounting the CP2195 below the rear brake the outlet goes to the back
I wish it was a left-side version “Left single units aren’t sold, only left-right sets are available” or “right side only”
If we machine the center, we can get a much cleaner layout “all good”
Let’s proceed with a positive attitude~

The catalog is a Goodridge overseas catalog.
We use “olive screw-in type” and “crimped type” fittings.
Personally, I’d like to use the “crimped type” but the parts supply route is thin.
Since special tools are needed, it’s hard to popularize… The catalog lineup is endless.
That’s nice…

I came up with a countermeasure to prevent generator terminal burnout *Only one example so the proof is thin…
Well, I was going to implement that, but… the inside of the side cover is straight (not spliced)
so there’s no need to force it, and I’ll leave it as is.

While I had it apart, I also did a fluid change on the quirky hydraulic clutch.

There’s a request to check because of tappet noise.
It’s a Yoshimura ST-L1. The engraving is so stylish I couldn’t tell!

Unfortunately… everything is OK.
No work needed again. The cam chain play seems fine too.

This time I switched to a spark plug with an integrated terminal *nothing particularly exciting about it.
I’ve also widened the gap to Watanabe specs.

I was quietly noticing how the shape is subtly different from Suzuki…

I checked all the fasteners and covered it up.
We’re on hold waiting for the rear brake hose parts!

Today’s gem? Forced introduction
