Let’s continue.

The shift-side pedal had considerable play and was scheduled for replacement, but the delivery date is undetermined. I’ll get it into a usable condition.
It’s worn down so much that the structure is unclear.

First, I filed down something suitable to remove the dry bearing, and pop—out it came.

I wasn’t entirely sure, so I checked the brake side to confirm. It was just a press fit from both sides.

The assembly was like this. The pedal hole is also press-fit, yet it’s already worn loose and rattling.

The press-fit collar is also loose and rattling. So I made a collar with the same shape and pressed it in a bit tighter.

I re-pressed the brake side and reused it. For the shift side, I installed a new sleeve and reused it. With the play resolved, there shouldn’t be any issues for a while.

The brake light switch M5 threads were stripped. With aluminum at T=3mm, that’s too risky, so I made a new one in stainless steel at T=3mm.
I didn’t add any unnecessary material.

Lately there’s been a lot of work, so I haven’t synchronized the forced open-close, but let me check anyway. The adjustment is minor.

The oil temperature rises, so I’ll stop at a reasonable point.

The seat was hard to open, so I bent a round rod and attached it. After a test ride, we’re done.
