It’s still so warm even at the end of November~
Well then, let’s keep moving forward steadily.
As for New Year’s…
“I want to take a month off”
*wishful thinking
This GSX750E is incredibly detailed
“You’ve got good taste~”
That’s the kind of finish that makes you want to say that
Let’s move right along~

For now I’ll charge it and wrap up for this time

Lots of gaps make it easy♪
Classic bike through and through!
With lots of gaps,
the head cover comes off super easily~

Boy, it’s really burnt up
The condition is good so I’ll reuse it.

#1 IN has scoring

#2 IN has scoring

#3 IN has scoring, EX has slight scoring

#4 IN/EX has scoring
Well, basically all of them had some scoring.
The valve clearance was
“as wide as a Yoshimura ST-2”
I adjusted it to about the middle of the spec range~
The cam chain tension is also fine

I’m going to make all the bolts
steel!
Personally, steel has the best tightening feel
It’s a metal where you can really get a good grip.
Flanged and solid.

Just to be safe,
I’ll check the ignition timing.
The marked plate seems to be
missing…
Since I’m not too familiar with GSX,
I’ll ask the owner.
It’s fine even without it though…
Since the ignition timing is adjustable,
I’ll mark the current position
and move it back and forth to see how it feels.
I made a slight adjustment.

A centrifugal governor—
rarely seen these days! Fresh~
*Full throttle analog advance
The moving parts and springs are key.
If you bought a used one,
you definitely want to check this.

Give it a little push with your finger
to check
It’s good to spray it for rust prevention and lubrication too.
