The float valve is
no good…
The receiving side is loose and the valve doesn’t stroke smoothly.
The valve pin operation is also poor, ouch!
If the carburetor gets clogged, it’s a big problem.
A little trick for when the carburetor is hard to install
It’s not a universal solution,
but sometimes it’s easier if you insert it from the air cleaner side first.
It’s worth trying first.
