I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m having a hard time?
Every part I remove seems to have issues.
I’m working through it, wanting to wrap this up soon.

Bikes that are 10-15 years old should
have their rear master checked.
The return port hole seems to be 0.5mm or smaller.
Such small holes can get clogged, which requires attention.
The inside of the rear master cylinder can corrode,
and when you step hard on it, it won’t return… this happens more often than you’d think.
Brakes are seriously scary (*´ω`*)
Older master cylinders often don’t have repair parts available anymore.
Users don’t have much choice…
Well, basically.
I’m not writing this as a maintenance business pitch, so…
If you take your time thinking about it, you’re the one who’ll suffer, so be careful.

The cup expands and deteriorates ( ;∀;)
It won’t last forever, so time it right for an overhaul or replacement okay?
You can’t tell from the outside if it’s bad or not.
The only way to manage it is by mileage and age.

Be sure to inspect before using~

The body was wet blasted,
and the rods and mounts were gun-coated too, so it looks really nice now.

Button head M10-P1.25
09139-10004-000 (10*27) ¥134
This is the right-side bolt for GSX-R models.
The left side is discontinued.
However, since the right one is longer, you can cut it and use it if needed.
It’s an inexpensive and somewhat rare bolt.
GSX-R owners should definitely stock up on these.
*The button head strips easily, so be careful.

Kawasaki is cheaper with this option
Tokico 2P caliper seal kit
*Inner dust seal type
Kawasaki also uses 2P floating calipers
Kawasaki sells them individually, but Suzuki sells them as a set and even cheaper, so definitely check it out
Suzuki 69101-05840

Be sure to pass the seals through the piston to check them~

Titanium bleeder nipples are the way to go.
Basically, iron bleeder nipples are rusted nearly 100% of the time.
In severe cases, they often break.
Lately, whenever I disassemble a caliper, I force titanium.
Since the original iron nipples cost quite a bit too, just add a little more for titanium.
Honestly, the peace of mind is completely different.
It looks nice too, very good.

I also disassembled and lubricated the pedal (*´ω`*)
It was seized and hard to remove, quite a struggle.

I also removed the side stand…
and took it off the base… it’s already slick like grease.

I’ve cleaned up most of it, but the previous owner’s lack of care really shows.
There’s no end to it, so I’m doing what I can.
If nothing goes wrong, I’d be happy to finish tomorrow… (‘Д’)
