Finally got the air bled out (*´ω`*)
It’s pretty tight and I don’t have much time or space to work on it myself.
Work requests are fine as long as they’re reasonable…
Back in my day
“Titanium = Premium = Factory”was the image
But in recent years…
Self-proclaimed 64 titanium stuff is even on Amazon.
Better than genuine iron, right? ♪
This eliminates worries about seizing and rust.

I ordered titanium nipples from Amazon (*´ω`*)
Just a heads up that shipping costs apply.
There are various thread sizes like M7/M8/M10, so be careful.

More refined and beautiful than I expected.
As long as the thread pitch, taper angle, and seating surface are clean and precise, there won’t be any leaks.
Even with everyone’s rusty nipples, there are no leaks, so…

Back when the return port was exposed.
Using a Honda OEM master float to suppress the “pssst pssst”.
45523-MN5-006
I cut and use this.

I did a vacuum pull and would like to say “air bleeding complete”
but the feel is very soft.
I determined the master was in bad condition and ordered a Honda OEM one.

Fluid seeping from the nipple is because“fluid remains”
Nowadays manufacturers rationally wrap seal tape too.
Remaining fluid = fluid attracts moisture → rusts, that’s the pattern.
I dilute it with parts cleaner and blow it away with compressed air.
Actually I wrap it in a rag and then blow with air.
This way fluid won’t seep out 100%, so give it a try.
*Just parts cleaner alone won’t work; you need to blow with air too.

At this price point, everyone would go titanium during caliper overhaul…
It might actually be cheaper than genuine Suzuki iron ( ;∀;)
