It looks like a new collection has been added?
I’d like to swap it out and bring in the new stock (*´ω`*)
Well then, let me go ahead and put in a reach for you.

I removed the dream? two-story housing and spot-welded the cable tie bracket in place.
Later I ground down the spot weld “noodle” and sent it out for painting.

I had to remove the rear master, so I’ll do an overhaul and apply gun coating while I’m at it.

Gun coating really does have a nice light color finish, doesn’t it?

I check the return port by poking around with a micro drill.
It’s basically 0.4mm or less, so it’s a critical area to watch out for corrosion and debris clogging.

It’s a good idea to always compare new and old piston and cup kits, even if they’re brand new.

Basically it’s common to Nissin mounting, so I’ll reuse it (‘◇’)ゞ
Integrated master tank kit used on mini bikes
I also love using it on my Inazuma 1200?

POSH (POSH) Billet Rear Master Tank Type 2 Straight Black
*The diaphragm and plate need to be sourced from Honda OEM.

A little offset is the secret!
It clears away from the frame, so you get better heel hold and avoid side cover contact.

It goes in smoothly like this! “Tankless” setup owners should definitely check it out.
The maintenance is completely different when doing fluid changes.

Drain issue consultation.
Sure enough, people who work on their own bikes catch the problem right before it gets dangerous. Nice work! (*´ω`*)
There’s barely any thread left, so I’ll remove the oil pan and helicoil it.

Checked the OEM before removing… discontinued.

A repro exists, so I’m sourcing that.
Old bikes are scary, aren’t they? (*´ω`*)
