The headlight bracket had come back in stock, so I hurried over to pick it up.
I replaced the rubber under the tank.
I cut the ribs so the cable tie could pass through, and tightened it up nice and snug.
Wow, I can’t believe it swelled up that much… It’s surprising.
Not that it swelled, but that it was still functioning without leaking fluid even in this condition.
Since it’s already not original, I’m a bit worried until it arrives and I can install it.
It would be nice if there was an app where I could make my own parts list.
Until recently the headlight bracket was out of stock… I thought, perfect.
But then it showed as in stock (*´з`)
Since the owner wanted to change it, I made a quick dash over there.
A headlight bracket by the Z, for the Z.
A dedicated piece—no adapting needed, just perfect.
I lifted the front end and removed the tank just to be safe before working.
Now the left and right heights are finally aligned.
