The shaft from Bito is excellent.
Electroless nickel really is the best… I’m genuinely impressed.

It’s so refined and delightful.
It’s for the GSF1200, but I’m thrilled that they have such niche models in their lineup~

When the shaft and bolts are beautiful, it feels right (*´ω`*)

Conversely, when they’re shabby, it looks pathetic.

It must be machined to M20*P1.5. Please be aware.

Now let’s assemble the fork smoothly.
I love non-cartridge forks… the ultimate in simplicity (*´ω`*)

Inner tubes are perfectly straight. Good condition (*´ω`*)

Cylinder bolts (just plain M8) replaced every time. The smoothness of the threads needs to be checked.

We vacuum out the last tiny bubbles.

*I don’t think it makes a big difference. It’s the thought that counts.

The Inazuma 1200 STD is 0.7 kg/mm.

We’ll replace the caliper bolts too. (Yamaha)

790.0 – 447.9 = 342.1g weight loss~

Waiting on the rear suspension… I’ll check on it tomorrow~
