I was originally planning to install a Yoshimura ST1, but… it hasn’t arrived at all.
It’s scheduled for July now. Everyone’s in the same boat…
So we’re moving forward with a carefully considered choice, taking a few shortcuts.
We replaced the engine cover. It’s shiny and feels really nice! (*^-^*)
We changed the engine oil and oil filter. This one is 300V
When you remove the left cover, it’s a good idea to check the tightness of the fasteners.
They were a bit loose. (^_-)-☆
This kind of dry, dusty dirt with no oily residue is perfect for no-touch cleaning. It cleans up instantly and becomes beautifully glossy.
*One application on the tire won’t cut it though.
Just spray it, let the foam settle, and wipe it off—done in one go!
We cleaned all three calipers nicely. The piston operation is excellent! (*^-^*)
There was no rust on the pistons either.
The fluid was clean. We went ahead and changed it anyway.
The rear diaphragm was also swollen, so we replaced that too.
All that’s left is to get the inspection passed and we’re done! (*^-^*)
