Wow… cutting-edge… truly 21st-century-looking meters on those fancy bikes just mesmerized me.
That reaction is now coming back as I’ve gotten older.
*Though I’ll admit I’m using it on the GS1000S too…
This is the STACK ST8130 meter I’ve always dreamed of.
This time I ordered it from a UK marine supplier.
The wait is quite long. It won’t arrive in 2-3 months.
I suspect STACK manufactures to order as well.
From a modern perspective, it’s quite an analog meter, so there’s a lot of handwork involved.
I basically prefer white panels.
The reason is… they don’t show wear as easily. Black ones tend to get damaged by heat.
By the way, the currency is pounds, currently around 163 yen…
I’m glad I caught it at a slightly lower rate… maybe international shopping really does require decisive action.
I’m probably better off waiting for now… or maybe it’ll go even higher? Hard to say… scary ( ﾟДﾟ)
