My craving for a VTR1000SP2 has finally subsided.
There are just so few examples available. That’s homologation (Homologation) for you.
The inspection is complete, so I want to move forward steadily.
Since I only love Michelin’s center groove design,
I chose the PP3.

The calipers are about due for an overhaul.
The left one especially is quite stiff. The pistons are also a bit rusty, so using aluminum pistons would be even better.
You can’t see the reservoir without removing the side cowl—such an inconsiderate design.

I looked into the throttle synchronization.
That’s also pretty inconvenient.
Fuel injection has so many adjustment screws—it’s intimidating.
This should be fine. Once I test ride it and confirm there are no issues, we’re done!
