[Thoughts] The view from outside, the view shown from inside.

I want to keep customers informed of work progress in detail.
Reporting on the work is really easy.

Even if I hear a report in words, honestly it’s hard to picture.
“It was incredibly difficult,” “the condition was really bad”—when you hear things like that…

Hazy? ??? ….

Customers see the view from outside.
They want to somehow confirm information, service, and character from the outside.

The shop side shows the view from inside to the outside.
We want to present information, service, and character in the best light.

For better or worse, it’s surprisingly one-directional, so be aware.

It’s very difficult to judge how much gets through, but if it’s a motorcycle-related business, I think something comes across.

There’s the matter of equipment and all, but fundamentally whether you like it or not matters a lot, I think.
Setting that aside, there are occasionally amazing people who don’t even like it, which is surprising, but it’s probably not that rare.

These days, with SNS and blogs, customers can grasp the content to some extent, so it should be easier to understand.
When desire rises, things, services, and people all look better.

Maybe it’s time to pause and think again.
Does what you want—the product or service—match your expectations or not?
Is it really good, or just looking good?

Sometimes it’s a gamble, but actually jumping to conclusions is quite likely.
Since humans are involved, there’s no absolute.
But there are plenty of signs to catch early, and you’ve actually handled similar situations many times before.
OK?
