As OEM parts become increasingly discontinued, reproduction and aftermarket parts are indispensable for extending the life and keeping these bikes on the road.
Regardless of quality or personal preference, we shouldn’t forget how grateful we should be for their existence (*’ω’*)
It might feel a bit late to bring this up, but I’d like to highlight some interesting items (*’ω’*)
*Soap bubble
There’s also something called a carbon shark fin.

The customizer’s desire to make the upper cowl’s gill look stylish too—when parts like this exist, you can feel secure even if the OEM version is discontinued.
*T-SPACE
Dry carbon cowls actually exist in the world too.

If I were riding a Katana, I’d definitely buy one…
These are the kind of parts you should buy while you can. The price range is honestly very reasonable in my opinion.
*Advantage
The Yazaki OEM main harness and KYB inner tubes have been revived beyond reproduction level.
With harnesses, reliability is the deciding factor. Just the name Yazaki Corporation makes it certain.
The wire colors, gauges, connector colors, and even the direction of harness tape wrapping are probably the same as OEM, or possibly even higher quality—that’s great. When you think about it that way, the harness is super reasonable too.
There was a light cover for the GS1200SS? I didn’t know that (;∀;)
Various other parts exist too.
Bikes that make it into classic catalogs really are saved. I wonder if oil-cooled is tough…
