As usual… what was supposed to wrap up quickly didn’t, and that’s the painful part… (´;ω;`)
The inspection is complete, so let me get the rest done lickety-split.

This pin on the Brembo master tends to rust easily.
Is that you? Must-see.
Push rod pivot pin for radial master

It was supposed to be a quick swap and done… but.

I can only think I’ve lost my mind… that notorious pin just won’t come out (first time).
By the way, I wrestled with it for nearly two hours (´;ω;`)
In the end, I cleared it with the rough technique of drilling it out.

I changed the engine oil to Newtech NC50 10W-50.

The rear brake is all squishy, so…
It’s definitely squishy. Just to be safe, I bled it. There’s a lot of dead stroke.

First things first: I cleaned the caliper and checked the piston operation.
It was appropriately stiff… (improved).

The caliper center might be the culprit? That’s what we discussed when we met…
There does seem to be something there… You can check it by clamping it alone, which is fine.
It’s a rough check, but it’s subtly effective. Center misalignment isn’t the issue.

I’ll change the fluid too. I also replaced the diaphragm.
Oh! I forgot to charge for the diaphragm… Please add that.

Wait! I just realized something basic.
Bottom-bottom, isn’t it? The removal is… ♪ So I’ll take it off and bleed it.
