Every time it rains, things warm up. I’d be super grateful if the pollen would wash away too.
Lately I’ve been thinking small-size chemicals are nice… but you end up keeping them for years before using them up.
When you finally want to use something, doesn’t it sometimes just not come out?

I cut off the ears first thing this morning.
I masked off the entire tank surface and the back as much as possible, cutting a little, vacuuming it up, cutting, vacuuming up again.
When it’s clean, the risk is high and it’s really scary. Preparation, preparation.
The front of the tank is sitting on a flat plate like this.
It’s funny—even if it crashes, it looks like it might fly off but it doesn’t.
It looks like there’s a backing plate on the inside already? Maybe?
For now I made a backing plate by punching it out with a die. (Just pressing and punching it out…)
When asked if it’s okay to strip the paint and weld it… the answer was still no.
JB WELD, loved by all of America—that’s the strategy: just stick it on with this.
Let’s leave it alone for about a day… putting it on hold for now.
