This one was supposed to be finished today too, but…
due to time constraints, just a little bit. Only 1 mm. It feels like we made progress.
Such a rare angle-conversion turn signal relay damper-type thing exists.
It’s simply a leftover accessory (unused remnant) from the commonly used Daytona LED turn signal relay.
This is when we repurpose it. (Makes fabrication easier.)
We cut it to any size with a shear. (SUS304)
*This is pretty tricky fine work with a contour and Belsan. Plus it’s stainless.
I think it looks cleaner when all four corners have matching radii.
Everyone’s favorite? Fuji Kiko’s corner radius CK and we knock them out.
*This is also tough with Belsan because it’s small.

Very time-saving and the finish is GOOD~.
Normally we’d use spot welding, but the space is way too tight, so it’s like this.
A welder is important. Of course, equipment is super important.
The turn signal relay fits in like this.
We moved the turn signal relay that was cable-tied to the right side~
Just reducing the cable ties and double-sided tape a bit makes it much simpler and improves maintainability, I think.
