We’ve been running a convenience store chicken championship, and Lawson’s L Chicken is surprisingly crispy and delicious. The meat doesn’t smell off.

The nice thing about stainless steel fittings is that they can be reused. Since the TEE position shifted, we ended up making everything from scratch anyway. The appearance and layout look clean now.
It’s good to secure the TEE fitting firmly.

We also shortened the bolt. The shim quantity was uncertain, so we centered it at the “well, that should be fine” position.

We cleaned the rear caliper too. The rear operates really well.
