Is the intake manifold discontinued? I think so… That’s rough.

Until recently, only one was out of stock…

Now only number 4 is available… Ugh.

Finally got the intake manifolds together—ordered them from CMS.

One or two at a time is pricey, but once you accumulate a few, it starts to feel like a good deal.

There’s no choice when they’re not available, right?

Right now, numbers 1 through 3 are no longer available either.

I’m hoping they’ll come back in the new fiscal year, but that’s probably wishful thinking.

Only number 4 is available domestically.

If only one is available, you don’t really want it, do you?

It’s not brand new, but I think it’s come out pretty clean.

We’ve applied Gun Coat to the fine details too, so the anti-aging effect should be even better.

The seals and O-rings for the accelerator pump nozzle here aren’t available as parts.

That’s tough, isn’t it?

The reality is we overhaul within the range of what’s supplied.

• N124 063 × 4 pieces
• TM29/14 × 4 pieces
are usable. These are Mikuni TM/RS series.

If you’re having trouble, JBS can order them for you.

The hoses in this area are surprisingly good when you use Honda parts—both price-wise and volume-wise.

There’s a bulk tube part number in the front section of Honda’s parts list, so if you look it up, you can often adapt it.

Wrapping the fuel hose with mesh gives it a slightly more modern OEM look and looks cool.

I think it’s also more resistant to chafing.

We’ve balanced the carbs and that’s one stage done.

Now there’s the fuel tank rust and coating peeling problem… What to do… To be continued.
