We had a request for a BIMOTA DB6 inspection and oil cooler bracket fabrication.

The owner had originally fabricated and installed a sturdy bracket.
We got a request asking if we could improve it somehow. I thought it was already pretty solid, but since they asked, we went ahead.
Here’s the finished product. We made it entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, and reinforced the 90-degree bends with ribs to keep it nice and rigid.
We bent a round rod to serve as a lower vibration damper.
When you want it to vibrate nicely, everyone’s favorite Wellnuts provide vibration isolation.
And finally, we attached a hook to catch the spring.
That’s how it turned out.
Since fabrication isn’t our strong suit, we can discuss what’s possible if it’s bundled with one of our regular services. We don’t take standalone fabrication jobs.
