The shift pedal circlip was missing. Lucky?
Both sides have pretty rough construction. Serviceability leaves something to be desired. There’s a real passion for hiding things.
The left lever got lubricated during replacement. Only the right one got lubricated.
The throttle was in nice condition.
The brake discs had quite a bit of buildup. A good cleaning now and then is worthwhile.
They were rusty, so I replaced the bolts around the step plate too.
The muffler bracket polished up nicely.
Replaced the spark plugs too. They look pretty tight.
Changed the coolant
The cap was still in good shape, so I reused it.
The air filter is the washable type, so I cleaned it.
Synchronized the carburetors and adjusted the PS
Changed all three fluids
Battery fluid level looks good. After a test ride, we’re done.
