A little trick: if you lightly sand the bulb socket and then solder the ground connection, you won’t need a shared ground and the wiring becomes simpler.

Tire-chain clearance might be tight. Checked with a used sprocket. I should stick with 525 after all.
I’m not sure why, but the swingarm width is incredibly tight. It won’t fit without widening it… Adjusting the caliper sensor routing and cutting the spacer. Progress is slow…

The front has no particular issues.

Added more handlebar stoppers and adjusted the steering angle.
I was worried the handlebar lock might not work, but it’s perfect! Pretty lucky on this one.
