This one turned out to be surprisingly difficult.
I’ll say it again: Decoboco is not a custom shop.
I needed to return the needle to standard, but this cap wouldn’t come off.
It has four prongs so you can’t push it, and it gets caught in the groove so it won’t pull out.
It’s not even mentioned in the manual, and it seems nobody else removes it either.
Well, it’s easy to say I’m great, but what I did was check the part price and confirm it was available—and then it came right out! Since I didn’t want it to break, I’m replacing it with a new one.
The carburettor work is on hold for now.
Air monitor installation. A combination of stainless steel band and welded nut. It’s a very effective method.
The boss can be easily removed from anywhere. Drilling holes or welding directly to the main body is a last resort.
The process: bend sheet metal, bend round rod, machine the collar, weld, polish.
It came together clean and simple.
This screw is used in cameras and only comes with a minus head, so I welded a butterfly nut to it. I think it’ll be easier to remove when charging.
It’s finished as low, visible, and simple as possible.

We do accept custom fabrication and machining work if it’s paired with regular customer service or maintenance work. If it’s custom work only or machining only, I think you’ll get faster and cleaner results by asking a shop that specializes in custom work or machining.
Custom fabrication takes much more time than expected, so we only do it for our regular customers. Thank you for understanding.
