When it gets old, it ends up like this… typically. Once it reaches this state, there’s a limit to what you can do by hand polishing.
The rear master cylinder is nice and clean.
With just fifteen minutes, you can get it this clean. If you’re after both speed and quality results, you really have no choice but to invest in the right tools.
The disc was dirty too, so I polished it and painted the inside.
I wonder if doing this kind of work is why disc sales numbers aren’t going up?
