Let’s install the Gale Speed master and brake master.
Before that, I’ll clean the calipers. Since the pads are worn down, let’s replace them.
The caliper operation feels pretty good.
The caliper and master feel a bit stiff, so it would be better to disassemble them at some point.
The Gale Speed radial master feels surprisingly nice.
It’s all machined from solid, with beautiful looks and high quality feel. Repair parts are easy to source, which is helpful. The hose outlet diameter comes in two sizes, and the brake switch is affordable too.
The ratio adjustment clicks smoothly through notches, which feels really satisfying.
For the tank, I’m using the H2 Brembo tank as usual, and I fabricated the bracket.
The clutch holder is quite a sharp product—you can change the cam mounting position to adjust the ratio. You have to remove the wire each time to change the ratio, but the light, responsive feel makes it a really impressive product.
* Before purchasing, it’s important to remove the lever and check the pitch of the cam-mounting bolt.
