We received a request for GSX1100S harness replacement and electrical system installation.
We’re also upgrading to a PAMS MOSFET regulator.
Since there was a catch tank, we mounted it on the underside.
We’re also installing an ignition system at the same time.
We didn’t use the ignition system’s included coil bracket and fabricated a new one instead.
We’re using a Shorai high-capacity battery.
We also fabricated a new mount for the ETC unit.
The starter relay is a Yamaha unit. Being compact, it can supply power directly from the harness via the connector, which reduces wiring work and keeps everything neat.
We relocated the digital tachometer and added a headlight relay, so night riding should be much brighter.
The wiring work requires considerable time.
