Let’s refresh the small parts.

We’ll also fabricate a new brake master cylinder tank bracket.

The lever and holder didn’t match, so we replaced the holder and drilled lightening holes in the dial for a custom look.

Clean and simple—ZX10R spec. The pivot design is really nice.

The internal pressure felt tight, so we went with TERAMOTO T-REV. We mounted it directly to the breather cover to keep things clean.

It came out looking really good.
The hole positions stayed the same, but we fabricated new mounting plates around them.

We’re also rebuilding the shift rod.

We welded up the uneven holes on the left and right sides of the pedal and smoothed them out.

After grinding, the surface looks clean and polished.

We’re also rebuilding the fender brace.

We designed the rear plate for easy maintenance.

We also fabricated a new sprocket cover. We went for a rare look on this one.

We reused the seat base. It looked clunky, so we lightened it and added barring.

The torn shrink wrap was removed and we slipped braided tubing over it.

The disc is Sunstar Neo Classic

We also fabricated a new side stand from stainless steel tubing.
We got pretty sidetracked from the original work, but the bike looks great and I’m happy with it. There were other jobs too, but I’ll wrap it up here.
