Day 4: we’ll work on the rear.

We’ll replace the rear wheel bearings. On the lower left is the seal bearing after we peeled it off.
You can see how much the seal alone does to prevent oxidation and debris scatter. A good-looking seal gives you peace of mind.

Same as the front. When you suspect something fishy, the numbers will solve it—before and after, everything becomes clear.

While replacing the clutch cable, we also inspect the release. I thought about extending the arm a bit, but considering the risk of contact with the sprocket, we’ll skip it this time.

The caliper is in good shape. After cleaning, we’ll swap the fluid front and rear.

Let’s change the coolant too.

The fuel filter looks fine, so we’ll reuse it as is.

We’ll press-fit the chain plate with the other parts. Over-tightening makes it stiff—worst case scenario. I don’t know what happens if it’s too loose.
Almost done.
