Continued: Rear section] Let’s perform maintenance on the swingarm and linkage area.
The bearings are well-lubricated and in good condition. No impact marks either.
Know the width before assembly.
The frame tightens up by this clearance amount. When disassembling a swingarm that has no adjustment on the frame side, I think it’s best to do this on any vehicle.
We’ll also replace the wheel bearings. They’re yellowed and dirty.

The image is exaggerated, but the condition depends on how well the bearing is pressed in. Too much play or too tight is both problematic. I don’t think just replacing parts makes everything OK.
